Neil responded very quickly when my water heater started leaking. As a renter, I was very grateful that the property owner, the management company and Neil worked together so promptly to resolve the problem. Neil showed up exactly when he promised and explained everything to me as he had to install a completely new unit. After he installed the new heater, he stayed to make sure it was operating properly. While it did start working, part of the manufacturers ignition wiring unit malfunctioned after about 15 minutes. Thankfully, Neil was still there and addressed the problem right away. He removed the faulty component, secured and installed a new ignition box. He then not only stayed to ensure this new one worked, but then checked in with me later that day and the next to make sure all was well. Neil took obvious and well deserved pride in his work and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
