Neil from Neil and Son’s arrived on time, was incredibly professional, clearly explained the issue with my broken garbage disposal and fixed it quickly and efficiently, leaving the area spotless. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I will for sure call him again!
I contacted Neil and Sons Plumbing for some issues I was having with my R/O water system. Neil was easy to communicate with and super honest about the issues I was having. Neil came to my house and checked multiple things to isolate the problem. Ultimately, Neil told me the R/O system I have (10 years + old) was a bit out of his scope. I really appreciate his honesty, he could have told me everything was broken and charged me for things I didn’t need, but he didn’t. This kind of honest is not something I see too often now a day. For other plumbing needs I may have I will 100% contact him again.

Water heater went out Xmas day. Neil went out of his way to install a new tank for us the very next day. Very professional and friendly service, let me know exactly when he would arrive, did quality work, and took time to explain and answer questions. Highly recommended.
Neil is the best! Called him at 8pm on a Friday and he was at my house the next morning fixing a leak under my kitchen sink. He works SUPER clean--respectfully covered his shoes in our no shoe household, no tools anywhere up on our counters, and even asked at the very end if he could use our restroom (didn't assume he could). With two kids under two--I appreciated all of this. And he did an amazing job fixing our leaking faucet quickly and walking me through everything he was going to do and any issues he came across that he thought I should know about at the end. I will be calling him again!

I recently purchased a home that had a home warranty associated with it. The home warranty had their associated Plumbing company assess the leak. The home warranty Plumbers came and mentioned they can't work on it, left and didn't provide any follow-up on how to move forward. I was at a loss, and luckily was referred by my neighbor to reach out to Neil and Sons. Neil and Sons easily addressed the leak, provided professional advice and knowledge. Very pleased with Neil & Sons Plumbing. Neil is awesome. He is responsive, professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. After my initial phone call, Neil called me back in less than a half hour to address my broken kitchen sink faucet and water recirculation issues. His schedule was filled up and even though he couldn’t confirm an appt for 5 days, he was able to show me via text how to turn off the water under the sink if I needed. He advised me on faucet choice and where to purchase and then he squeezed me into his schedule a day later to replace the faucet. He’s now working with me on my hot water recirculating issues. I highly recommend Neil and Sons Plumbing. Excellent service!

Neil fixed a leak under our sink last week. He arrived very quickly and was very professional. He got the job done and also pointed out a potential future issue on our sink drain and what to look out for. He also noticed that we must've had the leak for quite some time as there were signs and he showed us. He also told us an easy fix to prevent other leaks as there were gaps around our sink as well. He fixed the leak on the sink plumbing and haven't had any issues since. He'll definitely be our "go-to" plumber as he is very honest and reasonable. You can tell that he really loves his job and also loves to help people. This is the kind of plumber you want! Thank you Neil!

Neil of Neil and Sons is great! He was able to come for an emergency on a Saturday with short notice just before Christmas! So helpful. Yes it cost $$ for new hot water heater (old one burst), and removal of old one and installation, piping etc… but well worth it and he takes all cards including my Discover! Gave recommendation for Restoration company which did work out. Great guy! Recommend! 5 stars!

Not only did he take my call at 6pm on a Sunday but replaced our faulty tankless heater the next day and stayed until almost 9pm making sure we were good. Not only that his workmanship is impeccable. I am so impressed I would recommend him to anyone.
Niel it’s definitely worth 100 stars, I had a water leak in the wall. I could’ve been a major disaster/nightmare on Christmas Eve out of all days, and every other local company that advertise 24 seven service didn’t own up to it/false advertisement. I even told those other companies we were paying The holiday after hours right they all still push me out till after Christmas. Such a shame. Niel reminded me a lot about myself I’m in the HVAC industry/ customer service!!! I would’ve went on holidays or on Sundays when most HVAC companies don’t !! also, he’s not a price gouger ,very fair price ….Niel earn my business for life and I’ll refer them to all !! Thank you again Niel. !!
