After my initial phone call, Neil called me back in less than a half hour to address my broken kitchen sink faucet and water recirculation issues. His schedule was filled up and even though he couldn’t confirm an appt for 5 days, he was able to show me via text how to turn off the water under the sink if I needed. He advised me on faucet choice and where to purchase and then he squeezed me into his schedule a day later to replace the faucet. He’s now working with me on my hot water recirculating issues.
